Richmond has two Amtrak trains stations, Staples Mill Road Station and Main Street Station.
Staples Mill Road Station is closest to the hotels below and to our wedding venue.
Uber and Lyft operate throughout Richmond and its surrounding areas.
For those driving to Richmond, rest assured that all of the hotels below offer free parking.
The nearest airport is Richmond International Airport.
Only a few direct flights between Boston and Richmond are offered each day. Don't forget to book early!

For our guests' booking convenience, we have reserved room blocks at three hotels just outside of Richmond. All of these hotels are within a 10-minute drive of the venue. However, please feel free to book separate lodging closer to the city should you want to experience downtown!

Wedding Day Transportation
We have arranged transportation on our wedding day so our guests can relax and enjoy the celebrations!
If you prefer to drive to our wedding venue, please note that you can leave your vehicle overnight and pick it up the next day.

Buses will depart the above hotels to transport our guests to Dover Hall Estate.
Buses will depart Dover Hall Estate every half-hour so early birds may return to the Hilton, Hyatt, and Residence Inn.
Buses will transport all guests from Dover Hall Estate to Casa del Barco to continue the celebrations.
Those who wish to return to their hotel at this point, please remain on board the bus at Casa del Barco.
Following the stop at Casa del Barco, all buses will continue on to the Hilton, Hyatt, and Residence Inn.
For those who continue the celebrations, we have arranged for a limo van to transport guests from Casa del Barco to the Hilton, Hyatt, and Residence Inn. This van will run on a continuous loop.
Though the hotels are 0.5 miles from Casa del Barco, use the limo van as the roads are not walkable.

Lewis Ginter is well-known for its expansive botanical gardens and greenhouse. The grounds are gorgeous and be sure to check out the butterfly conservatory!

Whether strolling in the Italian and Japanese gardens, touring the 33-room mansion or watching river otters play, there is something for everyone to enjoy!
Monticello Wine Trail
Hit the Monticello Wine Trail with its 33 wineries, all easily reached from Charlottesville! For out-of-towners, we suggest renting a car (with a DD) or taking a wine tour.
Short Pump Town Center
This huge outdoor mall is just around the block from the hotels, with great shopping, restaurants, and activities for all ages,
